News: ASIMO Robot Coming to a City Near You We saw it in person, and there is nothing that describes Honda's 4-foot-tall, walking, talking ASIMO robot better than *cool*. The robot was in New York City with Honda executives to launch its US tour. Starting next month, ASIMO will do its thing in major cities across the country, simultaneously promoting science, math, and engineering education. Honda is also sponsoring an essay contest. The school that comes up with the best robot essay will get a personal visit from ASIMO in March of 2004.
