First are you on more than one www.myfamily.com site, then you should set up ONE username and password for all your sites. This makes it easy to get to all the sites you have access to. You can always change your username and password to one you can remember. Steps in making one Universal Login 1. Under Utilities look for Universal Login 2. Follow the steps The biggest problem is having more than one username and password for their sites. Then when they logon they are sometimes not where they are trying to get. They also forget the other usernames and passwords.
