Jeff, I don't own any mineral rights in Tenmile district but do in Harrison and Lewis. I don't know this Reynolds but there are former owners of property but the Reynolds in Harrison C0unty in fact I live only a short distance from the former Reynolds farm now owned by a local Doctor and his wife, they have a horse farm on it now. As for selling your rights, I would hold on to it for a little while longer to see if you do receive funds from the Marcellus drilling which is very large in this area. The Sheriff sold lots of mineral rights in the Ten mile area for unpaid taxes recently and MIke Ross a State Senator or House of Rep. member has a oil Company and he bought a lot of it. Make sure your Son still owns his rights, if he failed to pay his taxes he has a year to reclaim them. Will see if I can find out anything on Don Reynolds.
