I got  $5,000 for a five year lease on 4.5 acres from a different company in Marion  Co. If they don't drill in  that time then they have to negotiate all over again. I don't own the land, just the mineral  rights, and this does b other me signing something that can permit them to drill on that land, but I'm only one of  several  owners. Great grandfather sold the  land retaining the mineral rights. Since there was a coal mine on the land, I'm certain  that was what he was thinking about.   A GOOD LAUGH AND A LONG  NIGHTS SLEEP ARE THE TWO BEST CURES FOR ANYTHING.
