Wednesday I received a letter from a lady in Baltimore who is looking for pictures of Col. Charles Martin's family. She said her father was James Broaddus Martin, son of Frederick Theodore Martin, grandson of John Van Buren Martin. She said that John Van Buren Martin was a great grandson of Col. Charles Martin. She is putting a photo book of her family and is searching for old pictures. She said Fishers and Abbott's are married names of the daughters of John Van Buren Martin. Since there are several Martin researchers with HCGS I told her I would post a query on the list. If you can be of any help to her you can e-mail her daughter-in-law at Charisse.wernecke@comcast.net.
