Voted for PreSort Plus to handle the aspects of mailing, addressing, carting to post office, printing, etc., so as to be more efficient and ontime with getting newsletter to members. Sept newsletter was prepped for mailing which David is planning on doing Monday if possible Will be waiting on Dec newsletter in order to get as many people possible with new 911 addresses. Several members and others in area in the past month have had to change their addresses due to physical addresses being put in place. Please make a special point of letting us know if any members have had to change their address. Rec'd from Stephen Coonts, author, a copy of his mother's (Violet Gadd Coonts) book, The Western Waters, eastern Barbour County David (houchin@clark.lib.wv.us) would like to know if members (and others) would be interested in a spring trip to DC. Please contact him if you are interested and if enough interest is shown, then he can contact the travel company to begin making arrangements.
