Dick, I have been told that I had a Gr. Uncle that died in the Andersonville Prison, but can find no record of it. He would have been John Mathis/Mathews/Matthews. I have to look up that surname under all three spellings. I ordered Civil War records for one John Mathews but it was not him and I can't find anything on him at all. Thanks for the story. Ruby
