My Samuel Hays was born in Warren County, Ohio and children were born in either Warren County, Ohio or Darke County, Ohio. I am unable to determine Samuel's parents. His wife was Elizabeth Martin, also born in Warren County, Ohio where they married. She apparently died around 1854, perhaps in Lawrence County, Illinois or Berein County, Michigan.
