There is some interesting information about Molly Ludwig Hays contained in song lyrics by a group known as "Barley Bree", a traditional Irish Music group that is made up of Americans. My understanding is that her husband was Irish born, so the paternal side would be found there, he being the immigrant. Outstanding song and lyrics BTW, written by one of the members of the band.
