HAYSE" (1827-IL) and "Margaret E." (1832-TN) and their first six children are living in Green, Dallas Co., MO. In 1870 "WILLIAM HAYS" (1826-IL) and Margaret were still in Dallas Co., MO, Miller, p. 203, with three more kids. As you know, in 1880, many of the children were still at home. From 1860-1880, here is a tentative list, all but the youngest b. in MO: 1. Sarah E. (Elmira), abt. 1851; 2. James E., abt. 1853; 3. Casian/Cerrian, abt. 1854; 4. John R., abt.1856; 5. Emline, abt.1858; 6. Martha E., abt. 1861; 7. Harvey J., abt. 1866; 8. Leroy J., abt. 1867; 9. Walburn H., abt. 1869;10. David M., abt. 1872; 11. Marion P., abt. 1874; 12. Albert P., abt. 1876 (KS).
