I need some help please, putting together a list of Jonathan and Lydia's children. Jonathan was born 1762, in Gray, Maine. Lydia was born about 1770. I believe I've found Lydia in the 1850 census in Madison, Somerset Co., Maine. Thank you for any help, Daphne Jasinski near Seattle
This is my Jonathan Hayden and Lydia Young. I know that they had James and Lydia as children and probably more but don't know of any others yet. Daughter Lydia first married Rufus Elliot of NH and then divorced in about 1828 and married Henry Moore in Madison,ME. Lydia Hayden and Henry Moore are my g-g-g-g-grandparents. Lydia Hayden Moore and James Hayden are found living in Hermon, ME in 1850. Lydia Young can also be found living in California in 1870. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for responding! :) I can't seem to find a lot on their children. I like to have complete records, so I'm looking for all children/siblings not just my direct line. But, I am trying to firm up their daughter Edith. Once I firm up Edith then I will enter in data about her siblings. I'm about certain that I descend from Edith and Daniel Elliott's daughter Harriot Elliott/Stinchfield. It sure appears that perhaps Daniel and Rufus were brothers? I'd love to share more detailed information with you, Sharon. Hope to hear from more people who have information on this Jonathan and Lydia Young.
