I'm trying to find anyone who might have any information on and Elizabeth GILPIN b. ca1770. i am trying to locate her parents and siblings. The first information I have on Elizabeth is this: In Mercer Co.KY, near Harrodsburg 16 Jan 1788 a contract or agreement between Noah Hayden and Elizabeth Gilpin wherein he hires her to raise his two children. Deed Bk 5 pg 183. There are numerous documents of Elizabeth buying land there as well. Eventually she married Noah HAYDEN them having issue at least three children before they married: 23 May 1804 - Marriage Bond Book 1798-1807 Page 469 , Marriage Bond between Noah Hayden and Elizabeth Gilpin. Elizabeth died : Elizabeth Hayden died Jan or Feb 1835 in Mercer Co.KY near Harrodsburg. Will and testament of Elizabeth Hayden deceased produced in court & proved at the March Court. Feb 1835 .
