I just spent an interesting couple of hours cruising through the Thatcher mailing lists, though I started out to check the DNA. The Thatchers do not seem to be bothered at all by the idea of a Thatcher/Hatcher connection. They mostly ignore it entirely though some of our Hatchers wrote in notes asking questions. There was never much of an answer--they all just go back to researching the Thatchers. They are a little confused by the 2 Richard Thatchers--one in Chester County, PA, with children Jonathan and Jane, and the other in Bucks County with a number of children.
