Sunday June 8, 2008 Michelle Leigh Hatcher Michelle Leigh Hatcher, 30, of Cool Ridge, went to be with the Lord as his special angel on Thursday, June 5, 2008. Miss Hatcher was born July 28, 1977, in Beckley, and was the beloved daughter of Michael and Debra Parkulo Hatcher of Cool Ridge. Miss Hatcher was a light to all those who knew her and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Seldon Hatcher and Audrey Meadows; her paternal stepgrandfather, Tom Meadows; and her maternal grandfather, George Parkulo. Other than her parents, survivors include her brother, Christopher Hatcher and his wife, Sara, of Cool Ridge; maternal grandmother, Pauline Parkulo of Cool Ridge; uncles, Les and wife, Vonnie Hatcher, of Beckley, George J. Parkulo and his wife, Janie, of Gastonia, N.C., and Charlie Parkulo and his wife, Brenda, of Shady Spring; aunts, Lita Pratt of Canada, Natalie Quesenberry and husband, Ed, of Beaver, Patricia Anderson and her husband, Michael, of Shady Spring and Becky Cole and her husband, Mark, of Mount Holly, N.C.; and numerous special cousins and friends. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home, Shady Spring Chapel, with the Rev. Alan Keathley officiating. Burial will follow at Phillips Cemetery, Cook Ridge. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Josh and Les Hatcher, and Charlie and George Parkulo.
