Terry Sharpe officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of James & Gahr Mortuary, Salem. Music was provided by Juanita May as soloist accompanied by Deiatre Gilliam. Interment was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kevin Counts, Sam Wisdom, Carl Counts, Chris Hoffman, Michael David Hatcher and Dee Dietrich. Mrs. Hatcher was born January 20, 1917 in Logan, Iowa, to Ernest and Gladys (Gilson) Godden. She married Harvey Hatcher. They were the parents of five children. Mrs. Hatcher died June 8, 2008 in Bunker at the age of 91 years, four months and 19 days. Survivors include her children, Richard Hatcher and wife, Eileen, Arnold; Virginia Counts and husband, Carl, Republic; Stephen Hatcher and wife, Vickie, Mulberry, Ark.; Michael Hatcher and wife, Sheila, Bunker; and Sheryl Wisdom and husband, Sam, Bunker; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and extended family and friends.
