Hello Martha - The URL (address) is slightly off. Use: http://usgwarchives.org/pa/philadelphia/ and it should work fine. Note the change of the period (.) to a slash (/) between ORG and PA. It should work for you just by clicking on it but if not, copy/paste it from this email into your web browser.
