If you do a google search on "subject line" and "question marks" you will find a few different reasons why the question marks are inserted into the subject line. I have another gremlin that sends my e-mail before I click send - just sent 2 unintended sends?a couple of minutes ago. The question marks don't matter except that I don't want people to think I put them in questioning the material I am submitting.
