Mr. Everett was a beautician at The Doctors House. He was a member of the Grace Spiritual Temple. Survivors include his father, Eugene Porter, Kansas City; his mother, Helen Porter HATCHER, Beloit, Wis.; two brothers, Michael HATCHER, Memphis, and Brian HATCHER, Kansas City; five sisters, Betty Moohn, Alexandria, Va., Patricia Majeed, Beloit, and Helen Shipp, Susan Williams and Sherry HATCHER of Kansas City; his paternal grandparents, Charlie and A.C. Porter of Kansas City; and his maternal grandfather, Wilbert Morris, Garfield Heights, Ohio. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lawrence A. Jones Linwood Chapel; burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
