She had a sister named Lucy Henry living with her who was 48 years old. A son named Ben Hatcher who was 30 years old, and a granddaughter named Ora Moore, who was 7 years old, also lived there. The only issues I see is that the Ora Moore on the census would have been born about 1923, and you said your father's cousin Ora D was 83, which would have her being born about 1925. That's still pretty close though. This is also an African American family in the census, and you didn't indicate your father's race, so I don't know if that matches.
