Most of these TNG users have small files compared to ours. While I can't say whether the size of our site is a factor, it could be. But what isn't making sense at the moment is that BB can perform successful searches while no one else can. Plus the fact our server is telling us we have "bad coding" in our TNG software. Problem - if the coding is bad, it should be bad for everyone trying to search - no exceptions. And no coding was changed. One thing I do not do is mess with the TNG software. I still suspect this is a server problem but they seem convinced it's our problem and not too willing to explain how or why. Dat's where we're at with this mess.......! Nel
