I believe this means 4 mos after Jan 8, the admin will appear in court to set the sale date. Don't believe it has anything to do with the date of Reuben's death. The normal routine after a death is 1) appear at the next month's court to record the death, file the will (if there was one), 2) select inventory takers and take the inventory, 3) hold the sale. We would need more records on this estate to be able to go further with this. I do know Cecil found many of our BibbCo recs but it's never possible to know or remember what and how many films he got thru. I do know he didn't find Demp's rec (ancestry) and a Wm rec I found on Godfrey Library. So there are likely more recs buried on a film or at the BibbCo Courthouse....... Nel
