My advice? Lutein & bilberry capsules! I was told about 4 years ago that I had early signs of developing cataracts. I'd been taking the capsules about a year by then. I continued taking them anyway and having yearly eye exams. At this year's exam, my doctor told me my eyes were fine and not to come back for 4 years!
