It is a minimum effort job that averages out to about 15 minutes a week. The responsibilities are as follows: 1) Assist people in subbing and unsubbing from the list (occasional). 2) Bounced msgs - Delete spam msgs or accept "good" msgs on a daily or weekly schedule. You will receive notice of these bounces daily. 3) Break up "flame" conversations in a tactful manner (rare - we've had only 3-4 in 13 yrs). 4) Know when to end our "sillier" discussions (occasional) Rootsweb has in-depth instruction and help boards plus a list-admin email list for you to use should you need them or if I'm not around. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!! Nel
