Taylor and Leona Hartley Taylor. She was married to Thomas Lyle Hatcher Sr. who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Family Church of God in Pearl. She was the former owner of Budget Shoes, which operated on Medgar Evers Blvd. in Jackson from 1957 to 2004. She also owned Family Fashion in Pearl.
