Nel Thank you for the "proof reading & corrections" re: the 1825 Henrico when isaac Robertson signed bond for John Martin with Henry Hatcher I looked through my notes/originals and have yet to locate it ..frustating! I did find 1724 Henrico when Henry sold a quarter interest in a mill on Gillie Creek to Richard Martin Aug 1725 Henrico Henry Hatcher Sr 100 a. on Swift creek from John Ferguson & robert Hudson Sr I'm going to have to take the time and go through all my copies of deeds thanks again JW Garrett
HATCHER website: http://hatcherfamilyassn.com HALL DNA project: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~nhatcher/hall/HDNAtest.htm "One of the tragedies of life is the murder of a beautiful theory by a brutal gang of facts" - La Rochefoucauld JW, I do have a 1749 Cumberland deed of John Robertson to Henry Hatcher with a gazillion Robertson signatures but no Isaac. A search of my ged finds no Isaac Robertson or John Martin. 1724 Henrico A search finds no record of a Henry or Richard Martin on Gillie creek. Aug 1725 Henrico Robert Hudson is all over the place but no record finding John Ferguson. Hudson is connected to Henry/Dorothy. This 1725 record you have may be the one I am missing. I only have the 1736 rec showing the sale of Henry's interest in the mill. If you can find a copy of this one, I'd luv to have it. Nel
Nel looking at the Hatcherfamily website under Henry Hatcher Sr/1736 History in Henrico you do have listed Samuel, Josiah, Henry Sr & Jr. In addition I have Wm & Jameston Hatcher.
