HATCHER website: http://hatcherfamilyassn.com HALL DNA project: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~nhatcher/hall/HDNAtest.htm "If you can't stand the skeletons, stay out of the closet" - Val D Greenwood Cuzins, Now that our email list appears back to normal, I will be catching up with msgs I've not yet responded to, simply because I wasn't sure they'd even hit the list. In the meantime, Heather has been working to find the family of our latest tester from London/South Africa. So far, assuming she's found the right family, we've got him back to 1881 in Wiltshire.....most interesting location since this is where Wm/Marion Newport were married. But 1613 and 1881 is still a pretty huge gap :-) Nel

HATCHER website: http://hatcherfamilyassn.com HALL DNA project: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~nhatcher/hall/HDNAtest.htm "If you can't stand the skeletons, stay out of the closet" - Val D Greenwood Folks, We are having problems with this list and they seem to be very erratic. It seems Ancestry is moving lists to new servers since sometime late last week. I have sent msgs to the list that I (eventually) receive but that do not appear on the list archives. I am seeing msgs in the archives that I've not rec'd. I have sent msgs that I have not yet rec'd (days later) and that do not appear in the archives. Erratic! I am particularly interested in knowing if any of you rec'd my msgs on 8-29 and 8-31 titled "DNA updates." I rec'd both of these msgs on 8-31 but neither appears in the archives. I am sending this msg at 10:37 MT, Sept 2. I would also like to hear from those of you who receive this msg and WHAT TIME/DAY you rec'd it. PLEASE contact me privately at nelhatch@hills.net. 1. [HATCHER] Family Bible of Henry and Nancy Hatcher
    2. Daniel Rolph
    3. Hello, I was wondering if anyone has original scans of the Family Bible of Henry Hatcher and Nancy Haskins Hatcher. The Hatcher Family web site (http://hatcherfamilyassn.com/getperson.php?personID=I40243&tree=WmtheIm ) lists the entries of the bible, but I am looking for actual scans for a Sons of the American Revolution application. Other than the bible records, does anyone have any other references of Jeremiah Hatcher (b. 1787) being the son of Henry Hatcher (b. 1755)? Thank you very much! Henry Hatcher (b. 1755) is my 4th great grandfather. Take care, Dan Rolph dan@rolph.com

I was wondering in all of your research, by chance, have you ever found a Hatcher on the Morgan Co., Ill/ Henrico Virginia line that served some capacity in the Revolutionary War?
