Hi Betty, The only CARTERs I have in my database are Elizabeth (1736 PA-1832 OH), her father, Nathanial (1771 Ireland-1795 NC), her grandfather, Nicholas (1664 England-1733 Ireland, and her g grandfather, Nicholas (? ?-? ?). I have no RAMSEYs. William3 HARVEY (Isaac2, William1) (1740 PA-1781 NC) had eight children, five sons and three daughters. Ann (1771 NC-1794 NC) died before the rest of his children, her brothers and sisters, moved to OH in 1806 and shortly thereafter.
