The HARVEYs skidded to a stop with Absolom, and we aren't certain that that is his name. Descendants of Absolom HARVEY (Reubens brother) and Ruth MURPHEY (Margarets sister) recall strict, Quaker-like disciplines in their grandparents home in later years. The MURPHEY sisters father was a Baptist Minister, so we know Quaker/Mennonite or whatever did not come from the maternal background. More than anyone wanted to know <g>.
