I'm seeking the family of JAMES HARVEY who was born about 1870 in Bloxwich, Staffs, UK. His father had an Iron and Steel company. This may not have been in Bloxwich, but in a neighbouring town. If anyone has a local gazetteer of the period 1850 - 1900, then it's likely that the company would be mentioned. Can you help?
