    1. [HARVEY-L] Willoughby Harvey, Bradley Co., Tennessee
    2. Jessie Blalock
    3. Willoughby Harvey enlisted Nov 9, 1862 in Co E of the Civil War regiment 4th Tennessee Cavalry (Union). At that time he was 33 years old, 5'8" tall, fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair, born Washington Co., TN, occupation farmer. He survived the war, and applied for a pension May 23, 1885. I found him in the census, as follows: 1850- Bradley Co., TN - age 21, "Williba Harvy", living with mother and brother in the household of Jacob Wyatt. 1860-Bradley Co., TN - age 30, "Williby Harvey", living with wife, three daughters, and mother. 1880-Bradley Co., TN - age 50, living with wife and four children. Here's a pedigree based on the above: 1 Mary b: Abt. 1802 in Tennessee ...... 2 Willoughby Harvey b: Abt. 1829 in Washington Co., TN .......... +Elizabeth b: Abt. 1831 in TN .............. 3 Margaret Harvey b: Abt. 1852 in TN .............. 3 Talena J. Harvey b: Abt. 1858 in TN .............. 3 Marada C. Harvey b: Abt. 1859 in TN .............. 3 Frances Harvey b: Abt. 1862 in TN .............. 3 Martha Harvey b: Abt. 1866 .............. 3 James Harvey b: Abt. 1868 in TN .............. 3 Robert Harvey b: Abt. 1872 in TN ...... 2 Alfred T. Harvey b: Abt. 1832 in TN I cannot find Willoughby in the 1900 Tennessee Soundex. Perhaps he had died between 1880 and 1900. If so, I would be grateful for verification of that (and a date of death) in order to complete his entry in my database of the soldiers of the 4th TN Cav.
