Definitely a Most-Wanted: Alice HARVEY, b. c1900. She was married to William BANKS, Sr. of WV or Hazard, Perry Co., KY. They had 2 children: Grant & Ellen BANKS. They divorced sometime in the 1920s b/c Wm. BANKS married my g-gma then and she had two children when she went into the marriage. My step-g-uncle, Grant BANKS is dying.
