I am still looking for parents of my Joseph Anderson Harvey of Ogelthorpe County, GA. I have a picture of him as a young man and have been told that he looks like a Native American Indian. Maybe that's why I can't find his father who was a blacksmith and supposed to be Revolutionary veteran.
