Albers, ellen Albers, and Beth (Chris) Rolfingsmeyer; dear brother of Robert C. Harvey, Sr.; dear son-in-law of Stella Foster; our dear grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Mon., April 17 at Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Rd., Florissant. Service will conclude at funeral home. Visitation 4-9 p.m. Sun., and 9-10:30 a.m. Mon. Mr. Harvey retired from Emerson Electric in 1986 after 45 years, served with the 4th Marine Division in WWII and earned the Purple Heart for wounds received on Iwo Jima. He was preceded in death by his parents - Herbert Henry & Hallie (Brooks) Harvey - and a sister, Irma Wafler.
