However, he could still be connected in some way because Thomas Harvey and all six of his brothers were in very early Georgia. Most all of them had large families and I do not know the names of all their children. John B. Windham Metairie, Louisiana
Dear list, I've sent out this before but thought maybe we might have some new members. Looking for information on the family listed below. Emily is my line but would love information on her parents (pretty please) or her siblings. 1. RICHARD1 HARVEY was born Abt. 1790, and died Bef. 1850. He married ELIZABETH. She was born Abt. 1810. Children of RICHARD HARVEY and ELIZABETH are: i. GEORGE W.2 HARVEY, b. Abt. 1833. ii. WARD C. HARVEY, b. Abt. 1836. 2. iii. EMILY HARVEY, b. Abt. 1839, Greenbrier Co., VA; d. Abt. 1914, Princeton, WV. iv. LUCINDA HARVEY, b. Abt. 1840. v. CULLUM HARVEY, b. Abt. 1844. Elizabeth and the children were found on the 1850 Monroe Co censes. I did find Richard, Elizabeth and I think it was 3 or 4 of the children. Thanks, Jeanne
Do either Thomas or his brother have any connection to Albert G. Harvey, born 1810 in Georgia. Died in Monroe Co., Ga. 1855. Thanks! Can anybody help me trace my Father's ancestry. My father is Leonard Stanford Harvey, born 30 Oct 1942 in Johannesburg RSA. His father was John Charles Harvey who married Ivy Sarah Arneil (I think). I estimate that John Charles Harvey must have died around 1965-1970 and around the age of 55. I believe he was born in RSA. He had only one child. Any assistance would be appreciated. Hello...I have just finished a book about Pioneers of Medina Co. Ohio with all surnames beginning with "H" from mid 1800's to early 1900's and would be glad to do a free look up to see if your family is mentioned in this book. I have created a format that I believe will help anyone searching for their family..I have combined: Newspaper articles, marriages, deaths, mini bio's, court records, cemetery records and more....all with the surname in Bold print for easy searching. I was tired of buying a lot of books that had so much that didn't help me and thought if I'm tired of wasting money so will others. While I am bound by certain rules by my publisher I can do free look ups and if your family is mentioned I can let you know the print date and the cost of the book. (As well I am already working on "M" surnames and will go to A-Z before I'm done). Thank you for your time and let me know if I can be of help.
