I have several of his travel records in his youth. His name is Walter Hartwig born in 1896. Do you have any information on him. His parents are listed as Johann Hartwig and mom on his birth record as Carolina Krohn. I cannot find a link of why so many travels as a child, etc. I would love to look at what you have found.
