I have a Philemon J. HART, born about 1810 or so in Vermont, probably Rutland. He married Phebe, moved to central Pennsylania. He had the following children Philinda Mary F. m. Obediah LEWIS Henrietta Pearl m. John G. McGRAW Henry Sylvester Eveline Amanda Delphine Phebe His parents were possibly Philo and Almira HART of Rutland. Any connections?
