The 70-80 year old female is probably Mary's mother, Spelman Bond 1850 Census Monongalia Co VA/WV John T Hart 25 farmer VA Mary 49 (John's mother) 1860 Census Monongalia Co VA/WV Stewardstown John T Hart 35 farmer VA Susan 28 VA (Susan Francis Tapp Hart) Mary 62 VA (John's mother) Carrie F Tapp 3 VA (?Niece of Susan Tapp Hart??) 1870 Monongalia Co WV Morgan township Heart, John T 46 Shoemaker VA Susan 41 Amia B (Anna) 9 WV Wm H 8 WV my grandfather Mary R 6 WV Benjamin I 4 WV Mary Bond Hart died 14 December 1873 in Monongalia Co Cass Dist WV age 76, death reported by son John T Hart; parents T & S Bond My grandfather said the William Hart, John Thomas's brother, married a Dawson at a young age.
