Hello Everybody I am taking a shot in the dark here. I am looking for the wife of my gr-gr-gr-grandfather, Samuel Lovelace. I do not know her name. I suspect her last name may be HART. Her father, or an uncle, may be JOHN HART, who died in Pendleton County, Kentucky about 1819-1820. I know that Samuel was in Pendleton County, Kentucky in 1803 (Pendleton Co., KY Tax Book). He was in Harrison County, Kentucky in 1812 (Harrison Co., KY Tax Book). I suspect he was in Clermont County, Ohio from 1804-1811. He appears as a voter in Clermont County, Ohio in 1805. About 1805 Samuel married an unknown female, born about 1787-1790. She born him ten (10) children and died about 1830-1833. On 28 Nov 1820, Samuel Lovelace was one of the buyers at the estate sale of John Hart. The estate was administered by Thomas Rush. (Pendleton Co., KY Order Book D, pg 157+). That is all I know about my gr-gr-gr-grandmother. Any hints will be gratefully accepted. Jack D. Lovelace
