Does anyone out there have an interest in Harts who are not from the south, and didn't immigrate in the 1700s? Can anyone clue me in on this? All the Hart people I find on the internet seem to have completely different ancestry than me. I am of German ancestry. I have yet to find anyone with similar roots. Yet, in searching ship's passenger lists, I do find Harts immigrating from Germany. And the spelling, while sometimes different than "HART," is often the same. I'd really love to hear some thoughts from those more genealogically knowledgeable than myself. Thanks! Tim
