I'm new to this list, which seems very active. I'm looking for information on: Jane Hart b. July 4, @1774 in Washington Co.,NC (later Sullivan Co., Teen) m. May 17, abt. 1791 in Lee Co., VA, Oct. 1, 1843, Union Co., Ill. Husband: Hardin Williams, b. 27 April 1764/65 96 Dist. SC, d. 15 Sept. 1837 Union Co., Ill Children: Elizabeth "Betsy" March 2, 1792 Mary "Polly", Feb. 17, 1794 Pleasant Hart;, April 10, 1796 Jane "Jenny" May 18, 1798 Kezia (Keziah), Oct. 20, 1800 *Nancy, June 3, 1811 Lucy, March 2, 1815 Martha "Patsy", May 30, 1817 *Nancy, my 3rd ggrandmother, married Benjamin H. Eaves, abt. 1829 & died April 16, 1897, in Texas. They lived in IL in 1850. I have a little more info of some to the children and much more on Nancy and descendants. For a time when travel would seem to have been difficult, people certainly moved around a lot didn't they.
