    3. Hi I am still having trouble with my HART(Hessian or Irish?) ancestors in Middlesex co. Ontario. I have still been unable to determine where the London Leaf(May 1993) found that the HART, SUMNER, STEPHENS, BARNARD, BARROW and JACKSON, who were among the first settlers of Concessions 1 and 2 of Westminster Township, Middlesex co Ontario, were Loyalists from Vermont. Of course, my Esther(Hester) HART md John E. SLOOT July 3, 1838 in Westminster Township. They were married by the Baptist Rev Abraham SLOOT, b 1787 in Grantham and father of the groom. It appears that Esther's father may have been John H HART and John's father may have been one of the original settlers of Westminster Township, James HART. Any help with HART information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!! Stan
