Thanks in advance Karen Hunter From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Message-ID: <[email protected]> Subject: [HART-L] re: Hart origins Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit My Harts were of German descent. They most likely came over in the Palatine migration around 1709. I would love to know where they came from in Germany and feel strongly they were of Palatine origin however, have not been able to find that exact info. The earliest info I have is Barnabus Hart(e) who was born c. 1757 in the Mohawk Valley, NY. Eventually, they ended up in Stormont cty, Osnabruck township, Ontario until my great grandfather John Calvin Hart made his way down to Erie, PA. I have lots of names and dates if you are new to the list. Some of you I have corresponded with before! The name of Barnabus' parents would be great and it would be wonderful to find out when they or which ever of my Hart ancestor was the first to land and where and of course where they came from in Germany! Thanks, Halley mailto:[email protected]
