Always looking for any one that has information on a Levi Hart that may have lived in NYC in the 1840's. I have a Sarah Ann Hart that married John P. Chamberlin in NYC in 1847. I beleive that Sarah was born in Hackettstown, Warren County, NJ in 1819. On the marriage record Sarah's father is listed as Levi Hart (it is possible that it may be Lewis but I don't think so).
