Va. as children did. Guess not. I found marriages among Hart, Muse, Stone, Cousins, Talbots and Royalls in Pittl Co. This James Hart served in Rev. War. He married Margaret Muse (Peggy). Patsy Hart was their daughter and Reuben Hart may have been a son. There is supposed to be a will of James Hart in Pittsylvania Co. Va. which is where they later lived. Have contacted one e-mail searchers as regards getting a copy of this but no luck. The will is dated 1820. He was also father of John Muse Hart who migrated to Henderson Co. Tn. by way of Carroll Co. Tn. in 1830's/ Along with the Royal, Stone, Walker, Talbart, McCorkel and related Harts. These families are buried in Chester County Tn. in the Hart Cemetery.I can provide additional info to anyone who is interested; Amember of the Stone family, Marshall Stone served 4 terms as gov. of the state of Miss. during reconstruction after civil war. John Muse Hart died during civil war. Ike Stone and Thomas Stone both served in C.S.A. and are buried in Hart Cem. Would like to hear from others who are of this line. I can supply some of the descendents of these lines. I would like to have a copy of the 1820 Pittsylvania will of James Hart, naming Peggy as wife and naming some of his children. His Rev. War records are on file. Will pay for copy of will or exchange info. [email protected] I can send pictures of tombstones and also listing of graves from county graves registry. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
