Does anyone have information on William Hart, born approx 1790, married to Patience Ring, approx 1814. Supposedly, they lived in Allegheny County, PA (Youngstown area) in 1820's. Their son William Hart was born in 1824 in Youngstown, PA. Any help is greatly appreciated. Their other children were John, Andrew, Eliza, and Jane..then William, and then Raymond.
