I am searching for information on the David Hart who, on 31 May 1798 in Green County, KY, gave leave for Julius Millican ["Julis Milican"] to marrhy his daughter Caterina. He also gave leave for a Nathaniel Elkins to marry his daughter Elizabeth Hart. The consent form for Nathaniel Elkins and Elizabeth was also signed by "Margaret" but not sure if that is Margaret Blackwelder or another wife. Catherine/Katherine and Julius later moved to Anderson County, TN; after his death in 1839, Katherine moved to Blount County and was living with Samuel H. Milligan in 1850. Thanks! Linda Oatman
