Looking for information on or descendants of the following: Edwin HART born 1790-1800, his wife was Eliza, believe she was Eliza ANDERSON and they lived in the Frederick/Clarke County, VA area. There were 7 children: 1. Jane HART married ?? MOORE; child John 2. Thomas HART (possible information only: born about 1831 died May 20, 1870 in Clarke County, VA) 3. John William HART born 1824 died May 1865 in PA; married Sarah McNAMEE; children Elizabeth Virginia, Mary Emma, Sarah Ella, Edwin Anderson, George Byron, and Josephine 4. Frances Elizabeth HART born 1828 died August 1, 1903 in VA. Married 1) ?? REED, 2) Edward MORRISON, 3) Thomas Bangs MARCHE. Children: Charles Albert REED, Eliza Jane MORRISON, Edward Hart MORRISON, Thomas MARCHE, Robert M MARCHE. 5. James E HART born 1835 married Virginia W ??. Children: James Thomas, John E, Joseph Andrew, Allie Virginia, Callie E and Rutha B. 6. Joseph S HART born 1827 died April 24, 1890 in TX. Married 1) Rachel Ann MORRISON, 2) Nancy Jean BARNETT. Children with Rachel: Emma Jane, Joseph E, Rosa Belle, Thomas Roper, Julia Dora and Mary Alice; with Nancy: Nora 7. Sarah C V HART born about 1841 died January 6, 1869 in VA, married William H LEVI. I have no further information on Jane, Thomas or Mary Alice. After marriage, John William settled in the Allegheny County, PA area and fought the Civil War for the Union; I descend from John and have a lot of information. Frances Elizabeth married unknown Reed before 1850 and had her son Charles in 1850 - After the 1850 census, she married Edward Morrison and had their first child, Eliza, in 1851. She then married Thomas Bangs Marche in 1859. I have death information on Eliza, Edward and Thomas and some of the children, but nothing further on this branch. James E - somewhere between 1858-1872, his family ended up in Mississippi where two of the children were born, then by 1877 was in Texas where the youngest child was born; the 1880 census finds the family in Kaufman County, TX. I have nothing further in descendants other than the names and approximate birth years of the children. Joseph S - somewhere between 1871 and 1877 migrated to Texas, where Rachel died in December, 1877. By the 1880 census, he is remarried and living in Kaufman County, TX.
