I am looking for the parents of my gg grandfather Joseph Hart, b. 1810 in NJ. He married in Herkimer Co., in about 1840. His sons were named Albert, William, George, Varnum, Joseph, and Charles. His daughter were Charlotte and Melissa. In about 1849, they moved to Wisc and lived there till they died. But, with the naming pattern, it makes me wonder if my Joseph and the father of your William might be siblings. In the 1880 census, Joseph stated his mother was born in NY and his father CT.
