I am looking for background information on Alfred W. Hart born about 1846 - 1848 place unknown. He married Frances E. Tate on 2 October 1866 in Rome, Floyd County, Georgia. They had Josephine Hart ( who may not have been Alfred's as she appears to have been born ca. 1860) ; Mary E. Hart born ca 1867 ( no marriage found); Cordelia Hart born October 1869, married Joseph Johnson; Viola Hart, born ca 1875 and married Jesse Chesser in 1891; and Rosa Hart ca 1878 ( no marriage found yet).
