    1. Eugene Donald Hart
    2. Paul Robinson
    3. Listers, This is my first posting to this list. I am looking for ancestors and descendants of Eugene Donald Hart, born about 1826 in Middlesex to James & Florence Hart. James was a 'Brewer". Family myth says Eugene had a brother who was killed in a hunting accident and that their mother, Florence, was a 'Scot'. Eugene lived in India from about 1852 in the Army, Police force and Civil/Military Service. He retired to Australia in 1885. Would love to hear from anyone who has any information on this family. 3. Hi everyone -- I am unable to memorize where all towns are located in what counties and in what country. So I'm hoping that everyone in this list would, when mentioning a cemetery or town, or any geographical location, would please include other identifying information. For example, if a cemetery is mentioned, please say what town, but also what county (if known), what state (if in the US) and certainly what country. This would be so helpful, and would probably bring more information to the folks who have questions. So -- where is North Broadalbin Cemetery and where is Union Mills Cemetery, and if you know when the cemetery was flooded, please also include that. Sorry, but I don't even know if you are talking about America or Ireland or Scotland. Thanks Karen ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard Hayes" <rahayes@chartermi.net> To: <HART-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, July 12, 2004 8:04 AM Subject: [HART-L] Ada Hart > Hello All, > > > > I am trying to find the parents of Ada HART. 3. Hello List,,, I'm looking for any information about Joseph Hart, b. abt. 1811 in Pa. and his wife Magdelena Shidler, also b. abt. 1811 in Pa. maybe married in 1831 near Dayton, Ohio. In the 1880 cen. Magdelena was widowed with a cousin, David Fetters living with her. Joseph and Magdelena seemed to spend their adult life in Darke County, Ohio. their children were Cyrus, Levi, Jonathan, Solomon, Hester, Catherine, and MARY JANE DUGAN/DUNGAN............ I really really would like to have info about Mary Jane Dugan/Dungan,,,,, she was with the family in 1860 as a two yr. old listed with her Dugan name, from then on she was listed as a daughter with the Hart name, and she was married in Darke Co. Mary Jane was my Great Grandmother and I have 3 of the 4 kitchen chairs that she was given for a wedding present by her parents, Joseph and Magdelena Hart. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Mary Jane was a diabetic as were all her sons, her daughter's sons, and down to the next generation. Thanks, Jackie Penrod Thomas Grant Co. Ind.

    1. Rollo - Melville - Gladys Dean - Robert P - Washington and Calif
    2. Hi... Have just subscribed to this list, and am researching my US family. I am based in England, UK ;). Information I have is as follows.... Melville R Hart [my grandfather] born 1891 probably Illinois Gladys Dean Brown born 1895 They married in 1914 in San Diego California. The residences for each at that time were - Chula Vista for Gladys and Los Angeles for Melville Their son [my father] was born 11th April 1917 in Walla Walla, Washington: Rollo James Hart he had 1 recorded sibling that I have found : Elizabeth Dean Hart born 22Sept 1915 in Walla Walla Before my dad died he talked about a younger brother - I have found a military record that may be him - if it is the birth year is 1918 His name: Robert P Hart [the P stands for Pickard - spelt it as it sounds, not sure if I have the spelling right ]. I am very new to researching, and started with just my dads name - was lucky enough to turn up a birth entry which has led me to the other info above. If anyone has ANY info, or even some advice on where to search I would be very grateful - if you are wondering at my name not being Hart, there is a story why that is and why I had my hands tied until my dad passed on before I could search his side of the family - maybe will tell the story one day ;) Many thanks and glad to have found this list. regards Dave

    1. Re: [HART-L] New Jersey John HART
    2. Jack I am not sure what you mean by your statement. I don't know if my HART line goes back to the John HART that signed the Declaration of Independence. I do know my David HART's father was John, too young to be the John HART singer of the Declaration of Independence. Both born in New Jersey and I think Morris County. Bruce
